How long can I rent for?
A one-day rental includes three days: the day of handover, the day of use, and the day of return. If the rental falls on a Friday or Saturday, the rented equipment will be picked up/delivered on Thursday or Friday and returned on Monday. It is still considered a one-day rental. For rentals spanning multiple days, please request a price quote.

When is the latest I can make adjustments to my order?
Up to three days before the pickup date.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order, but it must be done at least five business days before the pickup date. After that, full charges will apply.

Can I pick up the equipment myself?
That’s fine. We are located at Radiovägen 3B, Lidingö, and we will certainly assist you on-site.

What is the cost of transportation?
The transportation cost is billed based on volume and distance. Please submit an inquiry, and we will get back to you with the cost for it.

When will the transportation take place?
Our regular transportation times are weekdays between 8 AM and 4 PM, or morning/afternoon. Additional charges apply for more precise timing or after business hours.

Is carrying included?
No, we deliver where the cargo can be easily accessed or where cages can be rolled (no stairs). If you need assistance with internal handling, we are happy to help. Please inform us in advance so that we can plan for other deliveries. It will be billed based on the actual time spent on-site.

How should the equipment be returned?
Cleaning and washing of the equipment are included in the rental. However, glasses should be emptied of any leftover beverages, and dishes should be scraped of food residues. All rented items for pickup should be gathered, placed in one location, and easily accessible for the driver.

What happens if something breaks?
Damaged or unreturned items will be charged at the replacement price.

How do I make the payment?
Private – payment is made at the time of equipment pickup with a card or through Swish. For delivery of rental items, payment should be made in advance to our bank giro, 5651-8970, at least 3 days before delivery.
Businesses – billing occurs after the job is completed and upon approval of a credit check.
