1. Prices
The rental price list is valid from 2025-01-01, subject to any price or product range changes. A 25% VAT will be added to the total cost, along with any applicable transportation and internal handling fees. All prices refer to unit prices and apply for a 3-day rental period (pickup day – usage day – return day). From Friday to Monday is counted as a single rental day. Dishwashing is included in the rental price, provided that plates are scraped clean and glasses are emptied of liquid. For extended rental periods, please request a price quote.
2. Orders
Upon receiving an order, an order confirmation will be sent via email with details about the order and rental terms. By accepting the order, the customer agrees to abide by the applicable rental terms. If it is found that stock availability was incorrect at the time of the order and the item is unavailable, the customer will be offered a comparable item or the option to cancel the order.
3. Offer
A quotation is valid for 10 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to prior sales until the order is confirmed and received by us.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations or reductions of an order must be made no later than 5 business days before the pickup date, otherwise, the full rental price will be charged. For tent rentals, cancellations must be made at least two weeks before the pickup date.
5. Payment – Private Customers
For rental item pickups, payment must be made by card or Swish. A valid ID must always be presented at pickup.
For deliveries, an invoice will be sent with a 10-day payment term. We reserve the right to perform a credit check.
6. Payment – Corporate
Businesses are invoiced after an approved credit check. Payment terms: 20 days net unless otherwise agreed. A correct invoicing address must be provided. Any invoice revision will incur a fee of SEK 250. Payment must be received by the due date. Late payments will be subject to an 8% monthly interest charge. Unpaid invoices may be sent to a collection agency, resulting in additional fees.
7. Delayed return
If rental items are not returned on time, rental fees will continue to be charged until the items are returned. The rental period is automatically extended, and charges will apply according to the current price list.
8. Responsibilities
The renter is responsible for all rental items and packaging during the rental period and is obliged to compensate for any damage or loss at full replacement value. Damaged or replaced materials do not become the property of the customer but remain the property of the rental company. Provided packaging, such as crates, carts, and racks, must be returned along with the rental items. We recommend that customers have their own insurance to cover any damages or losses. Stockholms Bordsuthyrning AB and Fine Design Stockholm AB are not liable for any damages that may occur during the use or handling of the rental items.
9. Transportation
Transport is charged according to the agreement with the customer. The price is based on rental volume, delivery distance, loading/unloading conditions, and any off-hours labor. Standard transport hours are weekdays 07:00–16:00; other times will be quoted separately. An additional fee will be charged if the customer is not available at the agreed time or if obstacles prevent unloading. Rental items must be gathered in one location and easily accessible for the driver. Carrying services are not included in the transport price. If carrying assistance is required, it will be charged based on actual time spent on site.
10. Terms of Use
Rented items must be returned in the same condition as when received. Plates must be scraped free of food, and glasses must be emptied and returned in their original crates. Furniture must not be stored outdoors in rain or snow. It is not permitted to staple, nail, or affix stickers or similar markings on the furniture.
11. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Stockholms Bordsuthyrning AB stores personal data such as personal identification numbers, names, addresses, emails, and mobile numbers for the purpose of providing confirmations and information. Customers can request the deletion of their data at any time by contacting us at info@bords.com.
